Instructions for a perfect brew

There are many ways to enjoy your coffee

 

V60 Filter / Chemex

  • Add 9g of ground coffee per 8 oz of water. That’s about 1 heaping tablespoon of coffee per 1 cup of water

  • Slowly pour hot water 90 C | 200 F letting it filter through the coffee.

Coffee Maker

  • Add 9g of ground coffee per 8 oz of water. That’s about 1 heaping tablespoon of coffee per 1 cup of water

  • Add cold filtered water to the water reservoir

  • Add a filter and ground coffee

  • Start the brew

French Press

  • Warm up the pot by extracting the plunger and pouring hot water into it

  • Once the pot is hot, pour out the water.

  • Add 9g of ground coffee per 8 oz of water. That’s about 1 heaping tablespoon of coffee per 1 cup of water

  • Pour hot water 90 C° | 200 F°. Gently stir the coffee and reinsert the plunger into the pot

  • Let it rest for 4 minutes before pressing the plunger down slowly.

Aeropress

  • Put a paper fiilter into the filter holder and lock it into the body of the brewer

  • Add about 15 grams of ground coffee and 250ml of water. That’s about 1 heaping tablespoon of coffee per 1 cup of water

  • Give the liquid a quick swirl, then put the piston part of the Aeropress in place. Make sure it seals, but don’t push down yet.

  • Let it sit for 1 minute and then push the plunger down gently until all the liquid has been expelled.

Moka Pot

  • Fill the base with cold filtered water up to the safety valve.

  • Fill the filter with ground coffee.

  • Never press the coffee down.

  • Always place on low flame.

  • Open the lid and turn off the flame when the gurgling starts.

Espresso Machine

  • Add 9g of ground coffee per 8 oz of water. That’s about 1 heaping tablespoon of coffee per 1 cup of water

  • Add cold filtered water to the water reservoir

  • Add ground coffee and don’t press it down too hard

  • Start the brew
